Social Media Intern

One United Bank is seeking college students for a fantastic opportunity to learn about social/digital media marketing as a social media intern. Bring your enthusiasm and be ready to learn and grow.

This is a paid internship.

• Creating copy/captions for social media posts that align with our brand voice/tone
• Researching trending topics, online conversations, and relevant industry news for the bank’s social media
• Handling customer inquiries and questions via social media channels
• Participate in weekly social media marketing meetings
• Using Sprout Social to gather social engagement and performance data
• Complete special projects as assigned

• College student pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree – all majors considered
• Relevant work or internship experience in communications, customer service, or finance role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including proofreading)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, You Tube, and Blogs)
• Experience working in a Mac OS environment
