Manager, Community Relations

About the job

You will be pivotal in strengthening Sodexo’s relationships with both employees and the wider community. You’ll have the chance to lead impactful community outreach efforts, craft engaging digital content, and contribute to the company’s branding and communications strategies to build goodwill and enhance its online visibility.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500

• Coordinate programs to promote goodwill, disseminate information to employees, and connect community organizations to Sodexo units.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate projects to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within set time frames and budgets.
• Work with vendors, marketing, and operations to support company initiatives related to employee engagement, brand promotion, and departmental strategies.
• Assist in leveraging social media for business outcomes, enhance engagement, and manage digital communications.
• Create and manage content for digital media, including text, imagery, videos, infographics, and more, to maintain an active online presence.
• Ensure continuous and optimized social media presence and improve the user experience to build affinity for the Sodexo brand.

• Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders, fostering positive engagement and long-term partnerships.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively, advocating for company initiatives and driving collaborative solutions.
• Experience in team building, promoting collaboration across departments to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
