Zicasso is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in uncovering actionable marketing insights that drive our business forward. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to interpret complex datasets, design reporting frameworks, evaluate campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing strategy.

This is an individual contributor position.

• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports and dashboards to support marketing campaigns, ad spend optimization, customer retention strategies, and personalized communication.
• BI & Dashboard Development: Build and maintain informative, well-designed dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across acquisition channels.
• Funnel & User Journey Analysis: Analyze user behavior across the entire customer journey to identify friction points, optimize conversion funnels, and uncover opportunities for acquisition and retention growth.
• Experimentation & Testing: Assist in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and promotional experiments to evaluate the business impact of marketing and product initiatives.
• Data Integration & Quality: Develop strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Collaborate with data engineering to acquire, join, and validate marketing data from primary and secondary sources (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, Search Console).
• Customer & Campaign Insights: Apply segmentation and analytical techniques to analyze ad spend efficiency, customer targeting, and campaign performance.
