Location: Salt Lake City, UT or Milltown, WI
Hours: Part-Time (15-25 hours/week) | Flexible Schedule

Snap Lock Industries and Greatmats are industry leaders in specialty flooring, serving customers across residential, commercial, industrial, fitness, event, and recreational markets. Our brands—including Race Deck®, Greatmats®, and Snap Lock Dance Floors®, reach customers entirely through ecommerce, marketplaces, dealers, social media, and digital marketing.

We're looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support our fast-paced marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real marketing campaigns, AI tools, ecommerce, SEO, social media, and digital content while contributing to nationally recognized brands.

You'll work alongside our marketing team to help execute a variety of digital marketing projects, including:

• Create and update website content
• Assist with blog articles and SEO optimization
• Support social media content and scheduling
• Edit and organize product images and videos
• Create email marketing campaigns
• Help optimize product listings for ecommerce and online marketplaces
• Research competitors and industry trends
• Assist with AI-powered content creation and marketing tools
• Analyze website and campaign performance
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns

Every week is different, making this a great opportunity to build experience across many areas of digital marketing.

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, AI, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Creative thinker with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Word Press or Shopify
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Google Analytics
• SEO
• Social media platforms
• ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Photography or video editing
• Excel or Google Sheets

• Hands-on experience with a successful ecommerce and digital marketing team
• Exposure to SEO, AI marketing, content creation, ecommerce, analytics, and digital advertising

This isn't a "coffee and copies" internship. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn the latest digital marketing tools—including AI-powered marketing—and gain experience with nationally recognized brands in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
