About the Role

We are seeking a US Marketing Manager to bring commercial rigor and strategic direction to how marketing drives US business results. Reporting into the Marketing Director, US, the role works in close partnership with the global team and marketing channel specialists.

Translating commercial priorities into integrated campaigns across paid media, digital, and other channels, this role will direct agency partners and brief internal specialists to create campaigns that drive company performance and growth. Specific paid channel execution sits outside this role; accountability for campaign performance against commercial targets and KPIs sits within it.

The ideal candidate is a commercial, strategic marketer with the operational fluency to drive outcomes across the 360 marketing team, managing omni-channel campaigns with a results-first mindset.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Campaign Ownership
  • Co-own the US campaign calendar end-to-end, sequencing paid, digital, and other marketing levers against the sale and events calendar
  • Translate US commercial priorities (by sale, category, and strategic initiative) into integrated marketing campaign strategies
  • Build the commercial case for marketing investment decisions, tying campaign plans to revenue, client acquisition, and hammer value goals
  • Report on campaign performance against commercial targets, translating marketing metrics into business terms for senior stakeholders
Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Direction
  • Direct media agency partners on strategy, briefing, and performance accountability
  • Brief digital specialists (CRM, Social, Tech) on US-specific campaign needs, and represent US market context and priorities into global planning
  • Partner with US Communications, Events, and Brand Partnerships teams to ensure campaigns land as integrated moments, not channel-siloed activity
  • Advocate for US market needs within the global structure, using commercial evidence to support market-specific decisions
Budget & Vendor Management
  • Manage US paid media and campaign budget, ensuring efficient allocation against commercial priorities
  • Oversee US agency relationships, holding partners accountable to strategy and performance

In addition to the tasks and responsibilities listed, you may be required to perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated commercial and strategic ownership, not purely channel execution
  • Track record of tying marketing campaigns to commercial/business outcomes, and communicating that link clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience briefing and directing agencies and cross-functional/cross-regional teams, including specialist teams that do not report directly to this role
  • Strong stakeholder management and diplomatic firmness - comfortable making a commercially evidenced case for US market needs inside a global structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write and brief in an elevated, brand-appropriate register
  • Comfort operating across time zones with a global team
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a live sale calendar and hard deadlines
  • Experience in luxury,…
