We're looking for someone who can run paid campaigns that actually perform — not just set budgets and wait. You'll manage paid social and search campaigns for clients across industries, optimize toward real outcomes, and communicate clearly about what's working and why.
- 2+ years managing paid digital campaigns
- Proven track record of performance across Meta and Google Ads
- Experience with Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, or programmatic a plus
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with ad platform reporting tools
- Ability to write or brief compelling ad copy and creative
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $5K–$50K+
