The Retail Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of retailmarketingstrategy across New Holland Pub and Cocktail & Bottle Barlocations.
Owns loyalty programming to grow the size and avg spend of our most loyal customers.
Partners with Retail Operations, Brand, Digital, and Innovationteams,ensures the retail brand experience is cohesive, engaging, and reflective of New Holland’s identity.
Willassistour Director of Retail Operations with setting and achieving our annual financial goals through insight,strategy and programming, executed by the Retail Operations Teams.
Uses customer data, trends, social insights, and retail performance to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

- Own Retail Marketing Strategy to Deliver Foot Traffic: Define and steward retail positioning,programming, loyalty,customer segmentation,advertising,trade area strength to drive revenue, traffic, loyalty, frequency, and brand consistency.
- Loyalty Growth: Own loyalty program s, programming and analysis to grow recency, frequency, spend and lifetimevaluefor our spaces and brands.

Functional Retail Execution: Partner with Retail Operations, Digital, Brand, and Innovation teams to align and deliver revenue-driving retail initiatives through influence and collaboration. - Lead Brand ‑
Aligned Content and Messaging Direction: Lead retail content and execution strategy across social, direct marketing, andguest ‑ facing channels to increase foot traffic, visit frequency,visibility, engagement, and performance.
- Lead and act in alignment with New Holland’s Mission, Vision, and Values
- Lead annual retail marketing strategy to drive revenue, traffic, loyalty, and awareness
- Define and steward retaillocationidentityandguest ‑ facing communications, partnering to deliver a vision for each space.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, programs, events, partnerships, andothertactics that drive traffic, check lift, and guest experience (NPS)
- Lead loyalty and event programming to increase frequency, foot traffic, check avg, and lifetime value.
- Leadbrand ‑ aligned content, influencer, and UGC strategy across social and direct channels with internal and external partners
- Analyze customer insights and retail performance while managing and balancing retail marketing budgets across media, partnerships, technology, and print
- 5+years’ experience in retail marketing,loyalty marketing,or hospitality-focused marketing leadership
- Ability to lead teams, influence partners, and manage complex initiatives
- Strong communication, planning, and customer ‑ centricstorytelling skills
