• Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans for the business; you’ll have overall responsibility for the profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising and new product plans for HTAS within TM&A channels
• Work with the Commercial teams in collaboration with Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to develop strategic initiatives
• Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies to buyers and successfully execute market communication plans and new product launches
• Interface with Brand Marketing team for production of point of purchase materials
• Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes
• Track program/promotional effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements, as required
• Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to manage listings, maximizing sales and profitability via mix management, promotional opportunities, and pricing actions
• Make sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, driven by a holistic understanding of the channel P&L

• A minimum of five plus (5+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience within
