Position Overview

We are looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns and programs in partnership with field operations, Construction, and New Club Opening teams. Their duties include competitive due diligence, project management for interior and exterior plans, ordering promotional material, assisting in executing the annual traffic calendar and supporting campaign content and media, executing opening events, club brand audits and new store site branding.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support new club opening events and lead generation programs.
  • Manage new club exterior and interior branding, including site branding standards.
  • Support marketing programs and promotions across the company.
  • Support the fitness vertical (Transformation Challenge, Launch Week, and other programs).
  • Support field operations with menu updates, in-club signage, and promotional procurement.
  • Support Corporate Wellness partnerships with community managers.
  • Execute brand audits to confirm open clubs meet brand standards.
  • Develop and execute traffic calendars — email, text, organic, and paid social — for open and new clubs.
  • Develop promotional content across channels: email, text, organic social, direct mail, door hangers, billboards and more.
  • Assist with social media response management and content creation.
What Success Looks Like:
  • New clubs open on-brand and on-schedule (signage, branding, and promo materials are ready before opening day)
  • Traffic calendars run on time across every channel.
  • Brand audits consistently show open clubs are meeting brand standards.
  • Local store marketing programs produce measurable brand awareness and membership growth in your markets.
  • Vendor deadlines are met with no last-minute scrambles.
  • Operators and cross-functional partners trust you as a responsive, reliable marketing partner.

  • Partner with frontline operators to deliver local store marketing programs that build brand awareness and membership growth.
