What we're looking for
We're partnering with a fast-growing US-based DTC pet nutrition brand that makes it convenient and affordable for dog owners to feed real, minimally processed food. They sell primarily through subscription, and they're scaling fast. They're looking for an A-player to step in and lead their entire Growth function, owning paid acquisition from creative concept through media buying as they scale spend from $100K to $500K per month.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own strategy and execution across Meta and Google.
- Own the creative pipeline end to end, from concepting through execution, including building and running a testing framework.
- Manage a team of freelance video editors and graphic designers, writing the briefs that drive great creative.
- Manage creator and influencer partnerships for whitelisting ads, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and execution.
- Run the gifting and affiliate programs end-to-end.
- Own cross-channel reporting and performance analysis, and co-develop the growth model directly with the CEO.
Requirements
- 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a US DTC brand with meaningful paid spend.
- Strong creative strategy skills, with demonstrated ownership of a creative pipeline and a testing framework you built.
- Comfort writing briefs and managing freelance designers and video editors.
- Experience with influencer whitelisting and creator sourcing tools.
- An ownership mentality, proactive and reliable, with a strong bias toward shipping.
Nice to Have
- Expert-level media buying experience, especially on Meta (Google a plus).
- Subscription or DTC e-commerce experience at scale.
- A track record of driving this exact kind of spend growth firsthand.
