We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and grow our sales and marketing initiatives across ARTE MUSEUM's US locations, including the upcoming Santa Monica opening on November 27, 2026. This exempt-level role owns the full sales and marketing function — from strategy and budget to execution and team leadership — and sits at the intersection of revenue growth, brand management, guest experience, and partnership development.
It is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and knows how to translate strategy into measurable results.
- Develop and execute the annual sales and marketing strategy in alignment with revenue, attendance, and brand growth goals, including plans supporting the Santa Monica launch
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business, group sales, and strategic partnerships
- Set pricing, promotional, and packaging strategy in partnership with senior leadership
- Own revenue targets and budget accountability for sales and marketing initiatives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making for senior leadership
- Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and traditional channels
- Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across all guest touchpoints, including the new Santa Monica location
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI
- Direct content strategy, social media presence, and public relations efforts, managing agency and vendor relationships as needed
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion, cost of acquisition, campaign performance)
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of internal and external events, ensuring brand alignment and a high-quality guest experience
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Operations, Systems, and other internal teams
- Provide leadership, escalation support, and on-site oversight for high-profile or complex events
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for key partners, corporate clients, and global online travel agencies (OTAs); negotiate contracts and manage ongoing relationships
