How You’ll Make an ImpactAt Epsilon, we do more than collect and store data. We help some of the world’s biggest brands discover real opportunities inside the data types, delimiters, and decimals. The Senior Advisor, Audience Strategy & Campaign Planning leads the development of omnichannel audience strategies that help clients achieve their business objectives. This role is responsible for defining campaign design targets, identifying the highest-opportunity audiences, and translating complex customer intelligence into actionable planning recommendations that guide paid and owned marketing strategies.
The Senior Advisor synthesizes customer data, audience insights, research, campaign performance, market trends, and business priorities to determine who matters most, what motivates them, and how the brand should engage them. As the lead for campaign planning, this role provides strategic direction to paid and owned channel activation strategists and ensures audience decisions remain intact from planning through activation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, and help evolve audience-led planning capabilities as marketing, technology, and customer needs continue to change.
What You’ll Achieve- Campaign Planning & Audience Strategy:
- Lead omni-channel campaign planning work streams from business objective through audience recommendation to activation readiness.
- Define campaign design targets by identifying the audiences with the greatest opportunity to drive desired business outcomes.
- Identify gaps in available data, research, or customer intelligence and partner with relevant teams to determine the appropriate approach.
- Synthesize customer data, audience insights, research, campaign learnings, and business priorities to develop omnichannel audience strategies.
- Translate customer intelligence into actionable recommendations by identifying audience motivations, barriers, needs, and growth opportunities that inform marketing strategy and personalization efforts.
- Develop clear, stakeholder-ready campaign planning deliverables, including omnichannel audience prioritization frameworks and activation guidance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Contribute to the evolution of campaign planning methodologies, frameworks, and ways of working.
- Support initiatives that move audience strategy upstream and establish more durable audience-led planning capabilities.
- Develop reusable planning approaches and best practices that improve consistency and effectiveness across work streams.
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities, technologies, and customer needs.
