** Responsibilities:
*** Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements and proposals, which involves assisting with research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and production (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery)
* Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials including databases, schedules, client management documents, and other support materials
* Manage and update information in marketing databases
* Provide client lead tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes
* Miscellaneous marketing administrative support
** Requirements:
*** Commitment to quality and strategy
* Flexibility and creativity in responding to clients (internal and external)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to details
* Ability to manage assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary to meet deadlines, be willing to work overtime
* Must also be resourceful and have a strong work ethic
*
* Qualifications:

*** Associates/Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency
* 1-3 years experience assisting in proposal process/writing
* Experience in Microsoft  Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
* ** REQUIRED experience in the AEC industry with strong familiarity with proposal processes

** Compensation Range:$66,320.00 - $75,364.00
