Marketing Coordinator | Albuquerque Office

Lee Engineering seeks a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing strategies and improve our specialized traffic and transportation planning services. The job duties include optimizing regional marketing proposal strategy and production, providing graphic/multimedia support for proposals, maintaining marketing data and materials, and client interview preparation. This position requires initiative and tenacity, as well as leadership, collaboration, organization, and creative thinking skills.

This position will report directly to the Lee Engineering local principal in our Albuquerque office and collaborate with other marketing staff and company project managers to execute company-wide business development efforts.

• Create, evaluate, and optimize marketing strategies at regional and local levels.
• Assist in strategic planning development, proposal development and coordination, interview efforts, and other client deliverables across all offices when needed.
• Collaborate with technical staff to write/review/edit original content for clarity, grammar, spelling, and key messaging.
• Prepare graphic designs that adhere to and maintain Lee Engineering branding standards and identity.
• Organize and facilitate go/no-go meetings on pursuit initiatives.
• Create, execute, and track marketing campaigns as needed.
• Maintain the company’s branding standards throughout all offices.
• Provide training and support to marketing/admin staff.
• Manage the firm’s online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ general marketing experience, and preferably 3+ years’ of experience managing proposals and pursuing initiatives in the consulting engineering industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated teaming abilities.
• Possesses a strategic mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to develop, manage, and track strategic marketing efforts.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with teams and oversee strategic actions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other communications-related software programs for page layout, photo editing, and website maintenance.
