Job Description Who we are.

Network Solutions, a global leader helping small businesses succeed online with websites, domains, hosting and more, is looking for a creative, hands-on Senior PR Manager to turn our multi-channel content engine into meaningful earned media coverage, and to make sure that coverage lives well beyond the press hit.

This is a role for a proactive PR professional, someone who has independently run PR programs end-to-end, knows how to spot a story before others see it, and has the media relationships and instinct to turn insights into headlines. You’ll also be the connective tissue between PR and social storytelling, making sure our biggest data studies, press wins, and executive moments get a second life on social.

Your work begins with curiosity. You will dig into blogs, survey data, customer stories, product roadmaps, SEO insights, and conversations with in-house experts to uncover story ideas worth sharing. Then, as a story strategist, you will transform those insights into narratives that align with our brand priorities and resonate with the media. You will collaborate closely with the Content, Customer Insights, SEO, Video and Social teams to shape data-driven narratives and craft story angles that extend across channels, powered by strong editorial instincts and the best of AI.

Finally, you will partner with our PR firm to collaboratively and individually pitch those stories to top-tier, trade, tech, and SMB outlets, and partner with Social to carry them forward.

You will play a key role in connecting PR strategy to our broader storytelling across blog, social, video, and executive visibility. This is not a reactive press release role; it is a strategic, high-impact seat at the content table. You won’t just mine stories, pitch drafts or write press releases, you will connect teams, elevate ideas, and help shape how the world sees a global brand in motion.

Monitor content calendars, product roadmaps, survey insights, and customer trends to proactively surface timely media angles and earned coverage opportunities.

Shape and execute strategic media campaigns.

Drive a steady flow of high-impact, customized pitches supported by press releases, quotes, bylines, and reporter prep materials, all crafted by you to align with brand messaging and business goals.

Lead data-driven storytelling, start to finish.

Partner closely with our Content lead and our data-journalism research partner to shape study topics from the headline down, review research drafts for newsworthiness, and work with our PR agency partner on pitching – ensuring every study is built for amplification across PR, blog, social and video.

Be the bridge between PR and Social.

Serve as the direct link to the Social team, making sure published research, data studies, and press wins are translated into engaging, platform-native social content – and champion executive leaders in authoring long‑form Linked In articles tied to key studies and results.

Amplify executive thought leadership.

Identify and secure opportunities for leaders to contribute commentary, interviews, podcasts, bylines, and timely expert perspectives (often helping to draft these) in top-tier media and on their own social channels.

Cultivate strong press relationships.

Deepen visibility across tech, SMB, trade, and data‑driven business press through consistent, tailored outreach via email, social and calls.

Use AI tools to work smarter.
