What the role actually is

Gecko Robotics is hiring an events and customer-experience owner for conferences, trade shows, hosted events, and VIP visits to its Pittsburgh headquarters. The job is about making Gecko's robot-and-data story clear to customers, partners, investors, and public audiences.

• Own the annual conference and events calendar.
• Define how Gecko shows up physically and verbally at trade shows and hosted events.
• Run event logistics, vendor management, booth builds, on-site operations, and off-site programs.
• Build repeatable systems for measuring event ROI and improving each event.

• Experience owning corporate events, trade shows, experiential marketing, or customer events.
• Strong cross-functional project management from strategy through on-site execution.
• Comfort pitching prospects and stakeholders in person.
• Willingness to travel regularly for events.

This is not a robot-building job; it is a market-making job. Gecko sells a combined robotics, sensing, and AI platform into critical infrastructure, so the quality of demos, visits, and customer events matters a lot to whether buyers understand the value.
