Email Account Coordinator role focused on executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and providing quality campaign execution service. Responsibilities include driving email and production execution, coordinating meetings, tracking jobs, managing multiple campaigns, supporting client marketing strategies, producing error-free work, upskilling on relevant platforms, and monitoring campaign metrics. Requires 2+ years in client services or account management with knowledge of creative development, digital marketing, email deployment platforms, and client management.

Intermediate Excel skills and a bachelor's degree required.

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. Position is full-time, hybrid remote with some office attendance expected for employees near hub offices. Salary range $51,000 - $65,000. * Drive development of email and production execution, producing timely and accurate campaigns
* Coordinate internal and external meetings
* Track open jobs
* Drive account management efforts including updating daily campaigns, follow up, and organizing account documentation
* Prioritize and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously
* Support activities that drive execution of clients’ marketing strategy
* Produce error-free work following standard operating procedures
* Upskill in email platform, project management platforms, and other relevant platforms
* Responsible for campaign monitoring and pulling post-launch campaign metrics### Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in client services / account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department
* Working knowledge of online and offline creative development and production
* Experience with digital/multichannel/integrated marketing
* Experience with email deployment platforms
* Relationship/client management skills
* Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
* Intermediate proficiency of Excel
* Bachelor's degree required
* Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms
* Hands-on experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus### Tech stack
