** Job Description
** Marketing Manager    The Marketing Manager at Fuze Health is a hands-on role responsible for supporting and executing the go-to-market strategy for the newly unified Fuze Services business. Reporting to marketing leadership, this individual will help execute marketing initiatives that amplify Fuze Health’s brand, support sales efforts, and enhance customer engagement.
This role will play an important part in bringing our new brand identity to life for clients, partners, and employees. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, adaptable marketing professional with experience managing projects, developing compelling content, and executing multi-channel marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Brand Management & Execution:
Support the tactical rollout of the unified Fuze Health brand across internal and external materials, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity. Assist with rebranding key assets and digital platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Creative Coordination & Brand Stewardship:
Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines by reviewing assets and coordinating updates. Manage day-to-day relationships with external design vendors to support delivery of on-brand creative assets.
* Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels to support brand awareness and demand generation initiatives.
* Content Development:
Create and manage content across multiple formats, including newsletters, marketing collateral, web copy, and social media posts. Support the production and distribution of monthly e-newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot.
* Communications Coordination:
Maintain and update the marketing and communications calendar to ensure consistent and timely messaging across client- and market-facing channels.
* Event Support:
Plan and execute logistics for trade shows, webinars, and the annual client conference, ensuring strong brand representation and a seamless attendee experience.
* Client Engagement Initiatives:
Support client engagement programs such as quarterly webinars and branded promotional items for clients and prospects.
* Marketing Operations Support:
Assist with execution of the annual marketing plan and help track budgets for events, advertising, and sponsor ships.
