This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Lifecycle & Brand Marketing based in United States.
As Head of Lifecycle & Brand Marketing, you will shape the end-to-end customer experience across acquisition, conversion, retention, and re-engagement. Reporting to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, you will own lifecycle strategy while serving as the key voice of the customer and steward of the brand. You will connect customer insights, data, creative, technology, and communications to deliver consistent experiences across the customer journey.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of CRM and omnichannel marketing programs, including email, SMS, and web. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership. In a highly regulated financial environment, you will drive innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption while building lasting customer value.
