Senior Manager, Marketing Communications
Full-Time, Remote
Edcetera is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead digital campaign strategy across email, social, and paid channels. This includes message development, shaping creative direction, briefing and directing asset creation, and applying channel-specific CRO best practices, while assisting the Marketing Communications Director with team management, workflow, and quality of output.
This role sits between strategic oversight and hands‑on execution; the Senior Manager takes full ownership of digital campaign performance and delivery, while also stepping in to support the Director on traffic management, prioritization, and day‑to‑day guidance for the Communications team when needed.
The ideal candidate is a builder who can run digital campaigns independently at a high level, while also thinking and acting systemically to enable how the team works through optimized use of marketing technology. This role reports to the Marketing Communications Director and partners closely across the team to translate strategic direction into digital execution while helping the Director keep the broader team unblocked, aligned, and delivering on time to a measurable result.
