Senior Customer Marketing Manager Obsidian Security

This role focuses on building and scaling customer marketing and advocacy programs for a SaaS security company. Responsibilities include developing reference networks and lifecycle engagement initiatives, producing customer case studies and testimonials alongside product marketing, and working with Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to surface strong customer stories and expand use cases.

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer success, with strong storytelling, interviewing, and content creation skills, plus effective use of Linked In for engagement. Familiarity with cybersecurity, especially SaaS and AI security, is a plus. Strong relationship-building and multi-project organization skills are also expected.

This is a full-time position open to candidates based in the United States, with a base salary range of $148,000 to $200,000 plus equity and potential incentive compensation. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, flexible PTO, and parental leave.
