The manager develops organic social strategy across Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and other channels. Daily work includes copy, visual content, video, executive Linked In thought leadership, audience engagement, and channel performance reporting.
Bloomerang also expects the manager to follow platform, format, and social media trend changes. The role represents the company's values, culture, and voice while working with nonprofit professionals, customers, prospects, and industry contacts.
Video, Analytics, And Cross-Functional WorkShort-form video work includes ideation, filming, minor editing, and publishing. Analytics responsibilities use tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and Linked In Insights to monitor and report results.
The manager leads cross-functional social execution and participates in the Crisis Communications Team. Graphic design, video editing, AI-assisted content workflows, and project management all appear in the stated qualifications.
Qualifications And ExperienceBloomerang requires at least five years of social media experience and at least two years developing executive thought-leadership content for social channels. B2B or SaaS experience is preferred, while paid social advertising experience is a plus.
