Eleven Reader is our fast-growing consumer audio app, and creative is one of our biggest growth levers. We’re looking for a Creative Producer to deliver creative marketing campaigns, experiments, and to build the creative engine that powers performance marketing across every major acquisition channel.

This role sits at the intersection of creative design, AI, and performance marketing. You’ll be our lead creative strategist, producing high-quality creative concepts, building scalable creative workflows using AI tools, developing a testing roadmap, launching experiments across Meta, Google, You Tube, Reddit, and emerging platforms with our Performance Marketing team. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Design, Growth Analytics, and partner agencies to continuously discover which creative drives acquisition at scale, and feeding these insights back into future creative roadmaps.

This is one part strategist and one part creative producer for someone who loves combining exceptional creative taste with rigorous experimentation and marketing results.
