DÔEN is looking for a strategic, process-oriented Manager, Brand Operations to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-driven operator with a demonstrated ability to build and scale the processes, workflows, and systems that allow a creative team to function at its best.
The Manager, Brand Operations is a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives on bringing order to complexity and keeping cross-functional teams focused, aligned, and moving forward. Working in close partnership with Content, Creative, Brand Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce, and key stakeholders across the organization, they will own the operational infrastructure of the Brand Team, from creative intake and campaign execution to go-to-market planning and launch readiness, key project management and budget management, ensuring that every initiative is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:- Build, own, and continuously evolve the brand operations infrastructure, creating repeatable workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures that dovetail with cross-functional workflows and allow the team to execute with consistency, clarity, and accountability at scale.
- Lead and facilitate weekly prioritization, briefing, creative review, and alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders, driving decisions, surfacing risks, and ensuring clear follow-up and follow-through on decisions, action items, and next steps to maintain momentum across the broader teams.
- Partner closely with the VP of Brand Marketing and Content team to translate brand and content strategy into the overall marketing calendar, supporting project leads in establishing clear deliverables, owners, and timelines and ensuring priorities remain aligned and on track.
- Partner closely with internal teams on quarterly strategic planning and go-to-market strategy, serving as the operational lead for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key company initiatives from concept through execution.
- Work closely with the Content team to manage and track campaign shoots, including key timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring shoots are executed on time and on budget.
- Partner with the Product team and relevant cross-functional partners to align the annual brand and marketing calendar with key product development and production milestones, including sample availability, campaign shoots, trim, label and tag design/production timelines, mailer dates, launches, and other key milestones.
- Act as the operational point person across the Brand team and with key cross-functional partners, maintaining visibility into all work streams and ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and resourced.
- Project manage select complex, high-impact projects that drive the brand and business.
- Oversee and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and freelancers, maintaining clear standards for communication, delivery, and quality.
- Lead and develop the brand operations discipline, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations on process performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale the team's capacity.
- 6+ years of experience in brand operations, creative operations, or project management. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of the creative and marketing calendar process, with the ability to assess scope, resources, and timelines across a variety of project types.
- Proficient in the Asana project management tool.
