This is a hybrid business development + execution role. We're looking for someone who can help us identify and close new brand opportunities while also managing partnerships from deal through delivery.
What You'll Do- Prospect and build relationships with brands, agencies and marketing partners.
- Identify new campaigns and partnership opportunities for our artist roster.
- Develop pitches, talent recommendations, decks and proposals.
- Help move opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
- Execute artist-brand partnerships, including social campaigns, music videos, shoots, tours and experiential activations.
- Coordinate between brands, agencies, artist management and production teams.
- Attend and manage on-site shoots, events and activations.
- Track deliverables, approvals, timelines and campaign requirements.
- Stay on top of music, culture, brand marketing and industry trends.
- Must be based in Los Angeles. No exceptions.
- Approximately 2-5+ years of relevant experience in music, entertainment, partnerships, marketing or advertising.
- Experience at a record label, music agency, management company, talent agency or entertainment marketing company is a major plus.
- Strong passion for music and knowledge of artists and pop culture.
- Existing brand and agency relationships are a plus.
- Experience networking within the advertising/marketing world, including events such as Cannes Lions, Advertising Week, SXSW and major music/entertainment events, is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects.
- Strong communication, sales, relationship-building and project-management skills.
