FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves marketing, social media, events, and connecting with the local community. You’ll help bring the FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand to life through local partnerships, engaging content, events, and in-store marketing initiatives.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ Pleasanton is looking for a creative, outgoing and results-driven Marketing & Community Coordinator to help grow our presence throughout Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley.

This isn't just a social media role. We're looking for someone who loves beauty, wellness, content and connecting with people, and who can turn local relationships and creative ideas into measurable business opportunities.

Community & Partnerships

• Generate 6 new qualified local leads per week, with a goal of developing at least 3 into active partnership conversations

• Build relationships with fitness studios, wellness businesses, bridal partners, boutiques, residential communities, corporate offices, influencers and other complementary businesses

• Proactively follow up and move opportunities from introduction to activation

• Help generate appointments, memberships and referrals through local partnerships

Events & Grassroots Marketing

• Identify and support local events, pop-ups, cross-promotions and community outreach

• Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ professionally and enthusiastically throughout the Tri-Valley

• Develop creative ways to introduce new guests to the brand

Track What Works

• Maintain a simple pipeline of leads, follow-ups and partnerships

• Track referrals, appointments, event results and campaign performance

• Share what's working and recommend where we should focus next

Learn the Business

You’ll be trained on the FACE FOUNDRIÉ client journey, services, memberships, products, brand standards and store operations so you can confidently represent our business.

You’ll also spend time alongside our store team. We want you to understand the client experience, not just market it.

• Creative, charismatic and comfortable meeting new people

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness and community

• Strong social media and content instincts

• Organized, proactive and consistent with follow-up

• Comfortable approaching local businesses and developing relationships

• Local knowledge of Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley highly valued

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Available for occasional evenings and weekends for events

Schedule:

Part-Time, approximately 20–25 hours/week
Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
