** General

Summary:

** The Community Healthcare Coordinator reports directly to the Community Healthcare Supervisor and works collaboratively and effectively to develop and execute marketing field strategies and plans to help positively drive enrollment in Medicare Advantage programs.  The Community Healthcare Coordinator operates in a deadline-driven environment and provides day-to-day support and execution for field marketing activities ensuring all strategies, deadlines, brand alignment, and budgetary goals are successfully achieved.

** This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
** General Requirements:
** 1. Develop and maintain supportive, productive, and effective relationships with external and internal partners.
2. Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and health fairs to promote Gonzaba Medical Group services and providers.
3. Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred.
4. Work closely with the Marketing teams by offering administrative support such as printing, cutting, fliers, answering phones, data entry, events calendar updating, etc.
5. Be able to effectively tell the Gonzaba Medical Group story and explain key differentiation from competitors.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

** 1. Identify event opportunities with the Medicare-eligible population to promote the healthcare delivery system and support the growth of Medicare Care patients/prospects according to Medicare Advantage plans accepted by Gonzaba Medical Group.
2. Coordinate external and internal events, which included, but are not limited to:

* Event scheduling   
* Research potential venues such as ballrooms, commercial stores, churches, etc.

* Responsible for all aspects of event planning, submitting decorations, supplies, audio, entertainment, layout, advertisement, flyers, securing venue, etc.

* Stays under budget while planning event specifications.

* Event setup and breakdown requiring the ability to lift to 60 pounds.
3. Maintains effective time management skills and can work with minimal supervision.
4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are required.
6. Build knowledge of CMS regulations related to all aspects of marketing.
7. Maintain and update marketing databases, including data entry and report generation.
8. Provide follow-up and sale generation through outbound telemarketing calls as needed.
9. Maintain consistent communication with Marketing team members and leadership on all matters related to business.
10. Provide new ideas for streamlining our marketing activities.
11. Support all marketing initiatives; share best practices and serve as the company's advocate and information source by keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities. Identifying lead patients/prospects on external and internal events to achieve department growth goals.
12. Required to work on weekends and occasional evenings.
13. Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle.
14. This position

* * driving a company vehicle or a personal vehicle; therefore, employee must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess, and maintain a current valid Texas Driver License, and proof of current insurance to be subject for mileage reimbursement.
15. Maintains strict confidentiality.
** Work Environment:
** Depending upon the area assigned, maybe 100% clinical setting, office setting in a clinical environment, or outdoors.  Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment. Works in conditions of heat, cold, wet, dust, and rain conditions.  Occasional evening or weekend work.

Physical Requirements:

** Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting to 60 lbs. without assistance. Close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure.
