** The Live Associate supports QVC and will support the scaled growth of QVC's Tik Tok live and other social-first initiatives.

** What You'll Do
*** End-to-End Product Execution:
Connect the dots between merchandising/commercialization live strategy and production by supporting the product execution workflow from end to end, under the direction of live strategists.
* Data-Driven Insights:
Apply a data-driven approach by breaking down and analyzing key metrics such as traffic,conversion, and GMV. Generate actionable operational insights and provide practical recommendations to optimize creator operation strategies.
* Platform Expertise:
Stay current on Tik Tok trends and best practices, contributing ideas to enhance our live shopping presence.
· Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation in live commerce.

** What You'll Bring
*** 2+ years in a retail, e-commerce, or social commerce environment.
* Working knowledge of Tik Tok (as a user or creator) and familiarity with live shopping trends.
