This is not a desk job. Most of your time will be spent in the field, in the community, and in front of potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods and active job sites to connect with homeowners
• Represent the brand as a community ambassador with professionalism and energy
• Build and maintain B2B relationships with local businesses and partners
• Generate and set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Attend and work weekend events
  , including festivals, home shows, and community events
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director on growth strategies and campaign ideas
• Create engaging marketing content
  , including short videos, social media clips, and blog contributions
• Track activity, leads, and results to ensure consistent growth
