Summary
Goldman Sachs Asset Management is seeking a senior marketing leader to serve as Head of Creative / Integrated Marketing, responsible for defining and executing the creative vision for the firm. Reporting to the Global Head of Asset Management Marketing and serving as a member of the Asset Management Marketing Leadership Team, this role will lead the firm's Creative marketing organization spanning Design, Advertising, Content Operations, and Seismic (centralized platform for approved marketing and sales content).
The role is responsible for creating differentiated, client‑centric experiences that strengthen the firm's brand, accelerate commercial outcomes, and elevate every interaction across the marketing ecosystem. This leader will own and drive Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s advertising strategy—from concept and creative development through production, execution, and optimization—ensuring every campaign creates a consistent, world‑class brand while delivering measurable business impact across print, digital, multimedia, television, streaming, social, out‑of‑home, experiential, and emerging channels.
Working in close partnership with the Executive Brand and Marketing teams, this leader ensures alignment between corporate reputation, enterprise brand strategy, and commercial marketing to deliver a unified and differentiated market presence.
The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with operational excellence, building high‑performing global teams, fostering innovation, and establishing modern creative capabilities that enable marketing to scale efficiently while driving measurable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Integrated Advertising Strategy
- Partner with the asset management marketing team and business to develop and lead the global advertising strategy for Goldman Sachs Asset Management across institutional, third‑party wealth, and alternatives distribution channels.
- Establish multi‑year advertising roadmaps aligned with the firm's strategic priorities and commercial objectives.
- Develop integrated campaign strategies that drive both near‑term commercial results and long‑term brand equity.
- Identify new marketing channels, technologies, and innovations that improve effectiveness and strengthen market leadership.
Design Leadership
- Lead the global Design team, setting creative direction, standards, and talent development to deliver best‑in‑class visual communications across all channels.
