** Role Overview
** The
** Manager of Growth & E-Commerce
** will report to the
** Director of Marketing
** and lead Fore All’s DTC growth strategy across e-commerce, paid media, Tik Tok Shop, creator affiliates, customer acquisition, conversion, retention,
** email and SMS strategy, customer segmentation,
** and digital merchandising.

This role should also support the broader marketing team through project management, partner communication, budget oversight and coordination, and hands-on content creation across these platforms, efficiently moving initiatives from strategy through execution. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this person will help determine where Fore All should invest its marketing time and budget, which platforms and partnerships produce meaningful returns, and how marketing and inventory strategies should work together to drive profitable revenue.

This is not a traditional brand-marketing position. We are looking for a growth leader who understands how marketing, merchandise, inventory, content, and the customer journey work together to produce measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. They can build and execute a growth plan, analyze performance, manage outside partners and internal team members, and quickly adjust investments based on real-time data. They understand that revenue growth must be balanced with profitability, inventory health, customer experience, and long-term brand value.
** DTC Growth and Revenue
*** Own the strategy and performance of Fore All’s direct-to-consumer revenue channels.
* Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly growth plans tied to revenue, profitability, inventory, and customer-acquisition goals.
* Work with the
** Director of Marketing
** to establish DTC budgets, performance goals, and growth priorities.
* Identify the products, audiences, platforms, and campaigns with the greatest growth potential.
* Monitor daily and weekly performance and quickly adjust strategies when results are not meeting expectations.
* Build forecasts and provide clear reporting on revenue performance, opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
* Present growth results and strategic recommendations to the
** Director of Marketing
** and leadership team.
** Paid Media and Marketing Investment
*** Lead paid advertising across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms.
* Manage internal team members, agencies, freelancers, and platform partners responsible for campaign execution.
* Recommend where Fore All should invest its marketing budget based on performance, customer behavior, inventory availability, and company priorities.
* Track and improve return on ad spend, customer-acquisition cost, contribution margin, conversion rate, and overall marketing efficiency.
* Develop testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, and platforms.
* Partner with the
** Director of Marketing
** to ensure performance campaigns align with Fore All’s overall brand strategy and marketing calendar.
* Ensure paid campaigns support both immediate revenue goals and long-term customer growth.
* ** Work alongside the Director of Marketing to evaluate partnership performance and help manage communication, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and execution across growth-focused marketing partnerships.
