Aircall is looking for a Creative Director to build the creative platform that makes our brand distinctive in the AI voice agent category. Working from Aircall’s existing brand foundation, you will define how the brand shows up across global campaigns, content, social, events, and digital experiences, and raise the creative standard across every market and channel.
This is a player-coach role combining ambitious creative leadership with strong operational discipline. You will guide brand design, copywriting, video, motion, localization, and content production while creating the systems that help teams produce high-quality work consistently and at scale.
You will need a strong point of view on what makes creative work distinctive and effective, along with the judgment to navigate complex dependencies, make clear decisions, and keep work moving across a global organization.
Your work will directly shape how the market understands and trusts Aircall as an AI voice agent company.
Where You’ll Work:This role is based in our New York, NY office.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and evolve Aircall’s global creative vision, principles, and storytelling system.
- Build distinctive creative platforms for major product launches, integrated campaigns, category moments, events, and brand activations.
- Translate complex product and AI propositions into clear, compelling ideas that work across audiences and channels.
- Set and protect the quality bar across brand design, copywriting, video, motion, social, events, and digital experiences.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning design, copy, video, content production, and localization.
- Direct internal teams and external creative partners from brief and concept development through production and launch.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Integrated Programs, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and leadership to connect creative work to business priorities.
- Build scalable creative systems, templates, and production models that create global consistency while enabling effective regional adaptation.
- Establish clear briefing, review, prioritization, and approval processes to improve creative quality, speed, and accountability.
