At Justworks, we empower small businesses and entrepreneurs to thrive. As Social Media Lead, your role is to bring the stories of our company, products, customers and leaders to life and shape how the Justworks’ brand shows up across social platforms.

You’ll be part of the Strategic Communications team, helping to craft and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy across corporate and priority executive channels. You’ll translate corporate, brand and product priorities into compelling content and campaigns that connect with our audiences, build influence, and help grow the Justworks brand.

You are a self-starter, constantly in tune with social media trends, culture and emerging creators. Whether it’s developing a breakthrough creative concept, discovering a new platform opportunity, or responding swiftly to a key moment, you know how to push a brand forward while keeping it relevant and resonant.

Your creativity shines, and you’re equally comfortable digging into the data that drives performance. Most importantly, you’re a collaborative team player with a strong point of view who can challenge conventional thinking and bring cross-functional stories to life in interesting ways..

• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Lead an organic social media strategy that advances Justworks’ corporate, brand, product, marketing priorities, establishing clear channel roles, editorial direction, and publishing cadence.
• Content Creation & Executive Platforms: Develop distinctive, on-brand content for Justworks and a focused group of priority executives across platforms including Linkedin, Instagram, X, and more. Own the editorial calendar, scheduling and publishing while creating differentiated plans for company and executive channels..
• Community & Influencer Engagement: Build relationships with key audiences, identify opportunities to activate relevant creators and influencers, and use community engagement to extend our reach, enter new conversations, and grow Justworks’ influence.
• Rapid Response & Social Listening: Monitor social platforms for emerging issues, trends and opportunities, coordinate timely responses and use social listening to inform content, executive positioning,and reputation management.
• Collaboration & Creative Direction: Partner with Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Strategic Communications to translate campaigns, launches, earned-media moments, and research into compelling social content. Develop clear briefs and provide actionable creative direction.
• Analytics, Tools, & Optimization: Measure and report on company and executive social performance, translating audience and cultural insights into recommendations that improve content, engagement, and channel strategy while testing tools and emerging formats.
