** Integrated Media Specialist
** The Integrated Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of RC Willey’s traditional and digital media campaigns. This position works closely with internal marketing teams, media partners, and vendors to build campaigns, coordinate media placements, manage campaign details, and ensure media runs accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

The Integrated Media Specialist will support a wide range of media channels including Broadcast TV, CTV, Audio, and Billboard. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously, and excellent communication with media partners and vendors.
** What You Will Do
*** Bring approved media plans to life by building and launching campaigns across Broadcast TV, CTV, Audio, and Billboard.
* Coordinate placements, schedules, budgets, and campaign details with media partners and vendors.
* Keep campaigns on track and on schedule, monitoring delivery and quickly resolving execution issues.
* Manage campaign changes, make-goods, and creative trafficking to ensure media partners have what they need.
* Review and reconcile media invoices to ensure spending is accurate and aligned with approved plans.
* Keep campaign information, media calendars, and documentation organized, accurate, and up to date.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Navigate and maintain multiple media platforms, vendor systems, and campaign management tools.
* Coordinate campaign launches, flight dates, budgets, targeting, placements, and media specifications according to approved media plans.
* Monitor campaign pacing and delivery to ensure media runs according to approved budgets, schedules, and placements.
* Proactively identify and resolve campaign execution issues, including changes, cancellations, extensions, and make-goods.
* Obtain and maintain placement confirmations, proof-of-performance, proof-of-play, and other documentation as applicable.
* Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, delivery, placement, and reconciliation.
* Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for media vendors, stations, networks, and other media partners, building strong working relationships.
* Assist with budget tracking and ensure media spending aligns with approved budgets and media plans.
* Review and reconcile media invoices against approved media plans, contracts, insertion orders, and campaign activity.
* All other duties as assigned.
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, project coordination, or related fields preferred.
* Knowledge of media terminology, campaign processes, and industry standards is preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication and follow-up skills.
* Ability to learn new systems, platforms, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies independently.
