The Associate Brand Manager, Kinder Seasonal, supports the growth of the Kinder Seasonal business in the U.S. market through portfolio management, consumer and market insights, product commercialization, and integrated marketing execution. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Seasonal, this role is responsible for identifying opportunities across key seasons and micro-seasons, monitoring business performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to drive growth.

This role is located in Parsippany, NJ.Working cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Project Management, Category Management, Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Planning, Finance, Insights, Global Marketing, and agency partners, the Associate Brand Manager helps deliver successful product launches, localize global initiatives for the U.S. market, and assess performance to optimize future plans. This role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and presentations to leadership.

Key objectives include:  
• Maximizing portfolio performance through assortment optimization and channel expansion.  
• Leveraging data and post-season learnings to improve business results and inform future strategies.  
• Growing household penetration during key seasonal and micro-seasonal occasions.  
• Delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support seasonal product launches.  
• Increasing brand visibility and shopper engagement throughout the path to purchase.
