We are looking for a versatile
Video & Digital Content Creator
to join our marketing team in Dallas. This is not a narrowly defined videographer position. We need a creative, hands‑on generalist who can shoot and edit professional video, create social content, help build our You Tube presence, support our websites and digital channels, and jump into the wide variety of projects that come through a fast-moving marketing department.

This is a
part-time role working approximately 3–4 days per week
, with regular in‑office collaboration and occasional on‑location shoots.

We think about the work in two categories:

Around our marketing department, we use the phrase“feed the chickens.”On a farm, certain things have to get done every day or every week. They may not always be the biggest projects, but if you ignore them, things quickly stop working.

For this role, that means consistently keeping our content engine moving.

• Create and assist in publishing content for Generational Group and affiliated brands.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence rather than simply “posting to post.”
• Turn videos, transactions, events, testimonials, news and company activity into engaging social content.
• Create short‑form video, graphics, captions, thumbnails and other supporting assets.
• Look for opportunities to improve engagement and make sophisticated investment banking topics accessible and interesting.

• Help execute and evolve Generational Group’s You Tube strategy.
• Develop a reliable weekly content engine around M&A, business growth, exit planning and business‑owner education.
• Coordinate with internal subject‑matter experts and on‑camera personalities.
• Shoot and edit long‑form content and repurpose it into short‑form clips.
• Create thumbnails, titles, descriptions and supporting assets.
• Maintain a content pipeline so videos can be produced ahead of schedule.
• Monitor performance and continually improve topics, formats and production.

• Shoot and edit executive interviews, internal videos, educational content, events and other recurring content.
• Capture professional video, photography and audio in both planned and run‑and‑gun environments.
• Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats and channels.
• Maintain and organize our growing video and digital asset library.

• Handle straightforward website content and media updates.
• Upload and replace videos, images and other digital assets.
• Help troubleshoot routine digital‑content issues.
• Work comfortably inside different platforms and systems when necessary to get the job done.

The other side of the position involves projects that may consume a significant portion of your time for several days or weeks and then disappear.

• Client testimonial videos:Manage pre‑production, interviews, shooting, editing and final delivery of professional client stories.
