Position Details & Logistics:

This internship is located near Encinitas, California, and is available for the 2026 fall semester only. The intern will commit to approximately 16 hours per week for the duration of the semester. This position offers an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.

Position Description:

The Marketing Communications intern will help support the day-to-day execution of GoMacro’s marketing communications initiatives across social media, public relations, creative asset production, and digital campaigns. This is a hands on learning opportunity for a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented student or early-career professional who wants to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, purpose driven consumer brand.

Working closely with the Marketing Communications team, the intern will assist with social media content creation, creative coordination, community engagement, and brand initiatives. They will gain broad exposure across the marketing function while making meaningful contributions to the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Social Media & Partnership Support

• Assist in creating, scheduling, organizing content for GoMacro’s organic social media channels
• Support community management by helping monitor and respond to comments and messages in the brand’s voice
• Support influencer, brand ambassador, and partnership initiaves through research, coordination, product seeding, and tracking

Creative Asset Coordination

• Help maintain organized asset libraries on Share Point
• Assist with light creative tasks and support the coordination of creative deliverables

Brand Programs & Coordination

• Assist with logistics for sampling programs, events, and PR mailers
• Provide general project coordination support across the Marketing Communications team

• A self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for social media, content creation, and purpose-driven brands
