Marketing & Communications Coordinator LeTourneau Christian Center

Job Description

LeTourneau Christian Center is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join the ministry team at and help communicate the mission and ministry of LeTCC through creative, engaging, and effective marketing. This role promotes camps, retreats, events, and other ministries while helping tell the story of what God is doing at LeTourneau.

• Create and manage content for social media, email, website, and print materials.
• Promote camps, retreats, conferences, programs, and special events.
• Capture and edit photos and videos that tell the story of LeTourneau's ministry.
• Coordinate marketing materials and maintain consistent branding.
• Communicate with camp families, guests, churches, donors, volunteers, and community partners.
• Coordinate with printers, apparel companies, promotional vendors, and other marketing partners.
• Maintain marketing schedules and help ensure projects are completed on time.

• Growing Christian faith with active church involvement.
• Agreement with LeTCC Statement of Faith.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative with a good eye for design and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media and digital content creation.
• Experience with Canva, email marketing, and website updates preferred.
• Photography and video experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Servant-hearted and ministry-minded.

This job includes a stipend plus housing that includes utilities, internet, lawn care, and more.
