Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Lead

Mission:

We are looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Lead to turn FlowX.AI’s story, product innovation, and customer success into qualified enterprise demand.

This is a hands-on role combining GTM strategy, demand generation, marketing operations, content, and field marketing. You will help shape our approach to new verticals - with an initial focus on logistics - while building the campaigns, systems, and operating cadence that generate measurable pipeline.

This is what you will be contributing to:

• Shape and execute GTM and demand generation strategies across priority industries
• Own multi-channel campaigns across email, Linked In, content, landing pages, nurture programs, and events
• Manage Hub Spot end-to-end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution, reporting, and data quality
• Turn customer stories, product launches, and market insights into compelling content that creates demand
• Own field marketing initiatives, from identifying the right conferences to sponsor ships, execution, and lead follow-up
• Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and pipeline generation
  
  Track performance, run experiments, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data
• Use AI extensively to accelerate research, content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through digital and field marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Hub Spot, email marketing, Linked In, landing pages, and marketing automation
• Experience building nurture programs, segmentation, conversion flows, and A/B testing
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on attribution, funnel performance, and measurable outcomes
• Ability to translate complex technical products into clear, engaging stories for enterprise audiences
• Active daily use of AI tools across research, writing, campaign planning, and analysis
• Strong ownership, organization, and ability to operate across both strategy and execution

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics or marketing to logistics organizations
• Experience with product marketing, positioning, launches, or sales enablement
• Experience using AI agents, APIs, or automation to improve marketing workflows
• Exposure to agentic AI, fintech, banking, insurance, or other complex enterprise industries
• Experience with webinars, SEO, GEO/AIO, or industry influencer programs
