** Marketing Coordinator (Graphic Design Focus)
** Position Summary  We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer with an interest in marketing to join our   growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical   sides of marketing and wants hands-on experience bringing campaigns to life. You'll create materials used   across print, digital, email, social media, and sales initiatives while gaining exposure to marketing execution.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Graphic Design & Creative Support*
* • Create and maintain print and digital marketing materials that support company branding, sales   initiatives, and marketing campaigns.  
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud to develop, update, and prepare marketing assets for both digital and   commercial print applications.  
• Ensure materials align with brand standards and maintain a high level of visual quality and attention   to detail.  
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, and marketing resources.
** Marketing Support*
* • Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, social media, email, web, direct   mail, and event channels.  
• Create and update marketing assets, content, and campaign materials as needed.  
• Support marketing activities within Hub Spot, including email marketing, social media scheduling,   customer list management, and basic reporting.  
• Assist with website updates, content creation, and other marketing projects as assigned.
** Sales & Business Support*
* • Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, customer
-facing   materials, event assets, and promotional materials.  
• Support marketing and design requests from sales, leadership, and other departments.  
• Help maintain marketing resources, portals, and collateral inventories.
** Project & Production Support*
* • Coordinate assigned projects from concept through production while managing deadlines,   approvals, and revisions.  
• Learn Think Patented's print production processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure   projects are completed accurately and on schedule.  
• Prepare files for production, review proofs, coordinate material orders, and support the distribution   of finished materials.  
• Proofread and quality-check marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.## Qualifications
** Required Qualifications*
* • Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, communications ,   or relevant experience.  
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, receive feedback, make revisions, and collaborate with   others.  
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.  
• Willingness to learn new software, marketing systems, and print production processes.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* • Experience with Hub Spot or another CRM or marketing automation platform.  
• Basic understanding of commercial printing, including bleeds, color modes, image resolution, file   setup, and proofing.  
• Basic photography, short-form video, or video editing experience.
