Role Overview The successful candidate will serve as the connection point between Personalized Marketing and technology partners to enable promotional marketing. With the promotion framework already defined and its backend infrastructure built, this role is central to the next phase of activating marketing against that framework. The position will focus on ensuring the data feeding into CRM platforms is structured, validated, and ready for fast, accurate campaign execution.

This role spans from defining data needs to activating personalized marketing that delivers tangible returns.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the liaison between Personalized Marketing and technology partners.
* Ensure data feeding into CRM platforms is structured and validated for campaign execution.
* Define data requirements for activating personalized marketing.
* Translate marketing activation needs into clear data and technical requirements.
* Explain system constraints to business stakeholders.
* Validate data readiness and quality, and troubleshoot data or process gaps.
* Influence cross-functional teams and independently drive issues to resolution.
* Complete intake templates, requirements documentation, operating procedures, and activation playbooks.

Required Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing enablement, CRM/campaign operations, martech, or marketing data activation in a complex enterprise environment.
* Proven ability to translate marketing activation needs into clear data and technical requirements.
* Conceptual understanding of CRM data flows, data structures, taxonomy/tagging, segmentation, offer, pricing/eligibility outputs, and campaign performance data.
* Experience validating data readiness and quality and troubleshooting data or process gaps.
* Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
* Experience with intake templates, requirements documentation, operating procedures, and activation playbooks.
* Working knowledge of data privacy, consent, regulatory/compliance risk, and appropriate escalation practices in marketing activation.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in marketing operations or CRM activation.
* Experience translating business requirements to technology teams.
* Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Snowflake and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
* Experience activating personalized promotional offers in financial services or a regulated industry.
* Familiarity with fair lending considerations and governance for customer, offer, pricing, and eligibility data.
* Experience operationalizing a prebuilt marketing framework.
* Knowledge of campaign measurement and performance-data feedback loops.
