** This role requires working in-person at our main office in Rock Island, IL.
***** What are the working hours in this position?:
*** In this role, you are scheduled to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the flexibility to work outside of our regular business hours to attend and assist at events.
*** What does a Marketing and Donor Relations Assistant do?
*** As a Marketing and Donor Relations Assistant, you will serve as the right-hand person to the Chief Development and Strategy Officer and the Outreach Admissions Coordinator. In this role, you will coordinate agency marketing and communications across digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing, and maintain the donor database. The assistant will also coordinate promotional materials, outreach efforts, logistics, and event brand collateral to maximize attendance and make a lasting impact.

*** What qualifications are required for this position?
*** 1. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is
** required**. A bachelor's degree in communication or a related field is
** preferred**.2. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Professional presence required.
4. Photography and Videography experience preferred.
5. Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle with required insurance.
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
7. Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Access.
8. Marketing experience is

**** Must have a current driver's license with the appropriate car insurance

* Have the ability to pass both Iowa and Illinois background checks
