Marketing Manager

Create a consistent, measurable marketing engine that turns the expertise, portfolio, products, and community presence of Stacy Nicole Interiors and Stacy Nicole Home into qualified Charlotte-area inquiries.

Part-time employee or contract engagement, based on scope and experience

12-18 hours per week

Flexible weekday schedule with a recurring planning meeting and occasional on-site content capture.

Hybrid;
Charlotte-area availability required for project, studio, and event content.

$30-$38 per hour, depending on portfolio, channel expertise, and employment structure.

• Plan and execute an integrated content calendar across the websites, email, social media, local search, and professional channels for both brands.
• Translate project activity, design expertise, and product stories into polished case studies, short-form content, thought leadership, and lead-nurture assets.
• Maintain distinct brand standards and coordinate photography, partnerships, press, and community opportunities.
• Track traffic, inquiries, conversion performance, and channel results in a concise monthly dashboard.
• Improve local SEO visibility across Charlotte, South Park, Ballantyne, Myers Park, Lake Norman, and surrounding service areas.

• 3+ years managing content or digital marketing for a premium service, design, architecture, construction, real-estate, or lifestyle brand.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong copy, campaign planning, visual judgment, and measurable results.
• Working knowledge of Webflow or comparable CMS platforms, email marketing, analytics, SEO, and social scheduling tools.
• Excellent editorial judgment, organization, and ability to work independently from an approved strategy.
• Charlotte-area market knowledge and experience marketing high-consideration services or home furnishings are preferred.
