Account Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Strategist to join our team. The Account Strategist will manage client relationships, ensure their satisfaction with our products and services, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote-first role, with a strong preference for applicants from the United States and Canada.

Our office is in the greater Seattle area, and local in-person meetings may be required from time to time.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business needs and goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase account growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to meet client needs.
• Analyze and report on client performance metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage client projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1+ year of experience in account strategy, management, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
