Affiliate Marketing Specialist

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Example Corp's affiliate marketing programs. The Specialist will recruit new affiliates, negotiate commission rates, and establish partnerships. This role is critical in driving sales and growth for Example Corp. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be based in Example Corp's headquarters in Anytown, USA.

The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:

• Identify potential affiliate partners.
• Provide support to affiliate partners.
• Generate monthly reports on affiliate partner performance.
• Make recommendations on affiliate partner strategy.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Experience with affiliate marketing software and tools, including but not limited to tracking links, creatives, and reporting
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and online customer acquisition
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing
