** The Product Marketing Engineer (PME) is responsible for execution of the go-to-market plan and creation of technical marketing content enabling the sales team, business development and our partners to capitalize on opportunities across global markets. A strong candidate will have a strong motion control background with the ability to execute high impact/ROI marketing activities within a small team.

** Key Responsibilities
**** 1. Go-to-Market Execution*
* · Execute go-to-market plans for product and feature releases
· Develop clear and focused messaging, value proposition, unique selling points, and sales training materials
· Assist PM/PMM with voice-of-customer efforts
· Coordinate with and support Marketing & Business Development team with all internal & external messaging to employees, customers and markets.
** 2. Technical Marketing Content*
* · Create and manage a portfolio of technical marketing and sales enablement materials
· Content creation includes videos, datasheets, brochures, website, social media, webinars, in-person seminars, articles, white papers, application success stories & more**·
** Communicate with internal subject matter experts to inform material
· Support Segment Marketing by helping to create and review sales enablement materials
** 3. Product & Capabilities Knowledge*
* · Stay up-to-date and educated on all products and capabilities
· Learn and be able to operate all motion controller, servo drive and interface module products with provided software to collect data, screen recordings, video footage and other technical content
· Test new products, capabilities and features to provide feedback and gain understanding for training & promotional purposes
** 4. Competitive Intelligence*
* · Analyze competitors’ products, sales & marketing strategy and key activities
· Evaluate and at times operate competitive products to analyze capabilities, features, software and ease-of-use.
· Produce concise reports and maintain a competitive intelligence database
· Educate sales, marketing & management on key competitor intelligence
** 5. AI Proficiency*
* · Utilize AI-native workflows to maximize productivity
· Utilize AI technologies to create technical marketing content, identify market trends & assessment, analyze customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and support strategic business development initiatives.
· Promote continuous improvement through the adoption of AI-enabled tools and methodologies.#### Requirements
** Requirements*
* · 5+ years Application engineering experience utilizing motion controllers**·
** Experience with creating sales training or technical marketing content
· Ability to analyze technical products including competitive products
· Strong communication skills; able to produce concise, actionable reports
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with emphasis on control systems or mechatronics
** Travel*
* · Domestic and international (up to 20%) to customers and industry events
