Intern Program OverviewWe are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co‑op programs provide mentorship, training, hands‑on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full‑time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.
The intern will assist with a variety of Capital Marketing Communications projects in support of the broader team which may include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with internal, dealer, or customer communications
- Assistance with marketing campaigns for our products (loan, lease, insurance, and Productivity Plus line of credit)
- Coordination with our brand and parts business partners
- ..And more!
A major project will be assigned for completion before the end of the internship. Past projects have included:
- Developing a breakout workshop for the WI State FFA Convention
- Leading the redesign of the Financial Services portions of the brand website
- Helping launch an internal business social media platform
- Creating a Dealer Playbook
- Creating of a communications style guide
This position will be part of the North American Capital team that handles internal communications, dealer communications, finance-centricbrand marketing integration and financial product marketing on behalf of Capital. You can expectstimulating projects that will be meaningful and helpful to the company and your team!
Experience RequiredCandidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Agri Business, Agri Marketing, Sales, Business, Financial Services, Journalism, or related.

Pay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $19.31 - $26.27 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
