**** UMMARY**:
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to improve market share and increase casino revenues in accordance with strategic goals and objectives of the company.  Supervises the Marketing Department operations.

* *** NTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** include the following.
* Responsible for tasking and utilization of marketing staff to ensure timeliness of projects and completion of goals assigned by Marketing Director.
* Participate in development of all aspects of creative artwork designed for use on behalf of the property;
* Participate in the creation, development and execution of all casino programs, promotions and events;
* Assist Marketing Director to develop and maintain the guest database and create programs to maximize guest retention and develop guest’s participation in various gaming activities and programs;
* Assist Marketing Director to schedule staff.
* Experience utilizing databases and demographics for pulling reports and other data analysis tasks.
* Player Development duties.
* Use of social media marketing, email marketing and graphic design to promote events, promotions and the property.
* Other duties as assigned.

* *** LIFICATIONS**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* *** DUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
* Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Communications, including experience with databases, demographics and production preferred
* Advertising experience/knowledge required (agency experience preferred). Print knowledge helpful.
* Two (2) years marketing experience required (in Casino field preferred).
* Must have at least one (1) year management and supervisory experience.
* Or equivalent combination of education and experience (Equivalent = two (2) year’s direct related experience to one year of education).
** CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**:
* Shall possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by agencies insurance.
** COMPUTER OPERATIONS
*** Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
