This senior role drives product strategy, market adoption, and commercial success for timing solutions within the aerospace, defense, industrial, and automotive sectors. Operating at the intersection of advanced hardware technology and critical customer applications, this position owns both strategic product management and hands‑on marketing execution to accelerate global engagement. Based onsite in Santa Clara, CA, you will define product roadmaps, collaborate closely with engineering to translate complex requirements into specifications, and lead cross‑functional product launches.
By engaging directly with key customers and developing high‑impact technical content, you will directly influence the roadmap of high‑reliability timing systems.
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with market needs for industrial, automotive, and defense segments.
- Conduct voice‑of‑customer research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and define pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical product specifications.
- Develop product positioning, technical messaging, sales enablement tools, whitepapers, and application notes.
- Lead global product launches and drive customer design‑in activities through technical presentations and proof‑of‑concept support.
- Travel up to 25-30% to engage with customers, attend trade shows, and support field sales teams.
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry in product management, product marketing, or closely related technical roles.
- Proven track record of success within the industrial, automotive, or aerospace and defense markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to defense program compliance, with eligibility to work without sponsorship.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Santa Clara, CA.
- C2 English level or higher.
- Hands‑on experience with Semiconductor Product Development, Road mapping, Pricing Strategy, Go‑to‑Market Strategy, Technical Writing.
