Senior Product Manager Dupixent

About the Job

The (Senior) Product Manager - Dupixent will play a key role in driving the growth of Dupixent in Taiwan. The role is responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies and HCP marketing initiatives, translating customer and market insights into impactful commercial plans.

Working closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Digital and global teams, this individual will lead cross-functional initiatives, strengthen customer engagement and ensure effective execution of the Dupixent brand strategy.

• Lead the development and execution of Dupixent brand strategy, brand plans and marketing tactics
  .

• Develop innovative HCP marketing, disease education and promotional initiatives across digital and non-digital channels.

• Drive omnichannel strategy and execution
  , ensuring a differentiated customer experience.

• Partner with Sales to translate brand strategy into effective POA and field execution
  .

• Lead development and implementation of promotional materials, working with Medical, Regulatory and other functions through the review process.

• Leverage market research, customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and refine brand strategy.

• Manage external agencies and key stakeholders to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget
  .

• Collaborate with global and regional teams
  , representing Taiwan market needs and leveraging global best practices.

• Contribute to budget management, forecasting and business performance tracking.

• Ensure all activities comply with Sanofi policies, Code of Ethics and relevant regulations
  .

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical Sales & Marketing or Product / Brand Management experience
  , preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company.

• Strong experience in brand strategy, HCP marketing and commercial execution
  .

• Specialty Care experience strongly preferred; experience in Immunology, Dermatology, Allergy or Respiratory is a plus.

• Experience with
  omnichannel marketing, market research and promotional development
  .

• Strong understanding of the Taiwan pharmaceutical / HCP environment.

• Experience working with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and global stakeholders
  .

• Experience with new product launch or indication launch is a plus.

• Strong English and Chinese communication and presentation skills.
